Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

NOTE: We accept credit card payment. The area where you actually enter your credit card information is securely encrypted and cannot be viewed by anyone on the internet. Shipping And Handling Charges are for shipping AND HANDLING. All orders are shipped via FEDEX 2nd day or UPS ground - you will determine this option when you are checking out. This normally does not occur, but if you believe your shipment is late (4 days since placing your order via "FEDEX 2-day" or 8 days since placing your order via "UPS Ground"), e-mail Point Monitor at mhiggins@pointmonitor.com and we will provide status and tracking information for you.

Delivery Schedule We process all orders immediately and ship as soon as possible via FEDEX 2nd day or UPS Ground. You determine this when you are checking out.

Back Orders Backorders are generally a non-issue with our Online Quickship Warehouse. However, if a backorder situation should arise with your order, we work fast to get the item back in stock and shipped out to you! We value your business.

Tax Charges Point Monitor is based in Oregon which does not have a state sales tax. Sales tax does not apply to any sale, even if you live in a state where there is a sales tax.
